Dear Team,

This is regarding our recent purchase of the WOOCS for the auto IP currency switcher but even after following the instructions we are unable to get desired result properly where any person from any other country should be able to see the prices in their respective local currency. The purchase code is PRIVATE DATA!!!

Please help us on this ASAP.

Thanks for the correct instructions, probably some of the Euro countries were merged in USD so that might have been a reason for the error.

Now, here is another issue where we found such three instances where the buyers from different countries were shown the amount in their local currency but when they moved to checkout the amount remained same and they were getting the base currency symbol. In actual the amount should have been USD39.42 but it is turning to Rs. 39.42 at the time of payment. This is big problem as it will result in huge loss. I am afraid, I will have to put it on pause till the solution is achieved.

Dear Pablo,

There's another issue which we found today that yesterday, which was an off day for us, some of the currencies rate turned to '0' and some of our buyers placed the orders at '0' amount. How this sudden rates changed to '0' of some of the currencies that I have added. We also incurred the loss of about USD 50 and this could have resulted in more losses in a big way as we are also bulk seller.

We are now experiencing the fragileness of your multi currency switcher.

Please help as how did this happen and how to abstain from it.

I have to check how you set up the aggregator.

This may happen because you are using the wrong currency code or the current aggregator does not have data about this currency

I checked  your settings. As I see the current aggregator has no information about half of your currencies and it looks like you knew about it (you filled out some of the rates manually)  And of course with this setting - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220503090139.png - twice a day, half of your currency will have a zero rate

Change the aggregator and make a test so that it works with all your currencies

OR

Turn off automatic currency updates - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220503090441.png

Thanks for your prompt reply as I had no such idea whether you get any notification about private data or not. Anyway, I made the changes as instructed by you and hope this would not create any issue further. Any suggestions, as when or at what interval should we look for the currency values as they are not going to remain the same or close to the mentioned ones.

Additionally, I'd also mentioned about the issue in the private message related to the Google Merchants disapproving the listings of ours and they are citing this currency switcher as the main reason and because of the same we have keep it on and off at the time of such issues. Please let me know if we can control this or not or how?

Do you use any price change functionality?( discount,coupons, options or just change the price template )

It is strange that the rate indicated in the order is correct. This means the problem is not with the conversion, but with the original price.

What type of problem you find with the original price, which has been mentioned in the standard format of woocommerce?

We have comment the mentioned line in the respective file. Hope this will now not create any issue with Google Merchants.

The issue with Google Merchant is not yet resolved as we are still getting out products disapproved: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jhcoX9k8Dn7zt1uY3Q-mzUpP-ZTJ7L1c/view?usp=sharing (please see the last section in orange circle). Also you can find that there had been huge deactivation graphs and whenever we talk to Google team they just mention the currency switcher as the main reason. We have now paused the switcher and most probably tomorrow we will again be enabling it.

Please help in this regard URGENTLY.

Here something strange but loss making thing we just found. While using VPN, I am finding the correct price but when the customer from another country tries to make the payment then he is getting extremely low price to pay. Please check the private data for such issues (video & screenshot of cutomer) where any international buyer whenever does the add to cart then the price of the product is automatically getting changed to '0' or lower qty.

Please help on this ASAP.
