I am experiencing an issue with the GeoIP functionality in the FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin on my WordPress website. It seems that the GeoIP detection occasionally fails to assign the correct currency for visitors.
Based on our website analytics and Clarity video recordings, the majority of our users are from Saudi Arabia. However, for some users, the currency is incorrectly displayed as USD (US Dollar) instead of SAR (Saudi Riyal).
This inconsistency is negatively impacting the user experience and potentially affecting conversions.
Could you please investigate this issue and suggest a resolution? If you need more information or access, please feel free to let me know.
