GeoIP currency change doesn't work and I cannot set individual prices for each country

I checked everything on the forum and support links and videos but I cannot find solution to the problem.
I have only 2 currencies. EUR for European union without Croatia and HRK for Croatia. I created test page where I could see which country is detected and it's always correct (I used a VPN to test it), but the currency is always set to HRK it would not change to EUR (even though the country is e.g. Netherlands).
Also, I enabled fixed prices for each GeoIP but when I go to the product settings under Price I do not have a button to add prices for GeoIP (only basic woocommerce price settings).
I'd buy the plugin if we find a solution to this problem. I don't know if this is a plugin conflict but in the Console there is no errors.

I tried this plugin, and again everything works fine when the HRK is selected, as soon as the EUR in selected (prices of products are converted) but other stuff like shipping price (anything in regard to this plugin) does not work.
