Hi there,

I am having pretty much the same issue as described in the ticket from end of December. https://pluginus.net/support/topic/free-shipping-not-working-for-other-currencies/

Past weekend a customer pointed out that after they have applied a coupon (10% discount) and the free shipping option disappears. However it is only occurring for currencies with high decimals like PHP, INR, NOK, JPY etc.

My base currency is USD - there everything is working fine. And also the currencies with lower decimals like EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD, SGD are working fine.

So it is pretty weird, I tried to troubleshoot it by disabling all other plugins and let only the essential ones running so my website is not breaking (WooCommerce, Wishlist, Advanced Custom Fields, Currency Switcher) but the issue is still there.

We have purchased this plugin already a few years ago and since roughly 5 months we are using it again.

To test, please go on the website provided in the hidden details.

  • Visits website, select USD as currency (base currency)
  • Add anything to the cart so it reaches 200$ value (enough to have free shipping available for everything)
  • Go to cart page, add testcoupon10 as discount - Here everything should still be fine
  • Now switch to for example PHP
  • Somehow the free shipping option is gone now

Please try the updated details. I think it is SFTP (in case this makes a difference to FTP)

Just copy this file -  wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-currency-switcher\classes\woocs.php -  into the live live site
