Hi,

I'm using two currencies, USD and a foreign currency. When a coupon is enabled, the free shipping option doesn't work for the foreign currency.

I've experienced this problem for the first time, when I was using First Order Discount plugin. But I recently deleted this plugin and have switched to the plugin Advanced Coupons and the problem is still happening.

I think it's not specifically a plugin problem, but it has something to do with Woocommerce coupons (?)

Please advice :)

Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue. And describe in more detail what I should do to get the error

Yes.

So we have two currencies: USD and KRW. USD is the default currency

  • Customers (when registered) get a 10% discount on their first order. The coupon is auto applied at checkout
  • For Korea: The minimum amount for free shipping is 200000 KRW. Otherwise it's 4500 KRW for shipping
  • For US (example): The minimum amount for free shipping is 300 USD. Otherwise it's 25 USD for shipping

Problem that I'm having is with KRW. The free shipping doesn't apply to orders when the coupon is available.

The problem doesn't occur, when there's no coupon available. You can check this, by not logging and placing an order.

Please try to login again with the new password.

Sorry, should've been more clear.
As I've mentioned in my first post; I've tried ' First Order Discount ' in the past and I've switched to ' Advanced Coupons '. Problem occurs with both plug-ins.

These plugins give extra options in the standard Woocommerce Coupon settings.

what version number of the plugin are you using?

I'm using the Free version 1.3.4.1 (we only have two currencies)
