Hi,

I am seeing the converter working fine when the display is for desktop, but I can not see it on mobile view.

I am using woocommerce with avada.

I have seen this issue raised before, I tried to add custom css as mentioned but didn't resolve the issue.

Your site has 2 different menus (for desktop and for mobile). You added the currency switcher only to the desktop menu. You should add the switcher to the mobile menu

My plugin doesn't manage menu templates, it depends on the current theme

How did you add the switcher to the menu?

I added the shortcode plugin, and added to the menu item, and the switcher is now appearing, but it looks inactive.

Hello

https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240507103337.png - The theme menu overrides all internal elements

You can insert the switcher not inside the menu.

Try inserting it into the container where the menu is located but not inside the menu
