I need to achieve compatibility between two WooCommerce plugins on my website:
Active Payments for WooCommerce – allows adding an extra fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. (https://www.wpdesk.pl/sklep/aktywne-platnosci-woocommerce/)
FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce
The issue is as follows:
When FOX is disabled, the extra fee (set to 2.99 PLN) is applied correctly at checkout when selecting Cash on Delivery.
When FOX is enabled, the extra fee is not added or displayed on the checkout page in any currency.
It seems that FOX does not detect the extra fee or convert it to the selected currency.
I would like to request an integration or update so that these two plugins are fully compatible, ensuring that the extra fee is correctly displayed and converted in all currencies.

The plugin Aktywne Płatności WooCommerce is not available on wordpress.org, as it is a paid solution and very popular on the Polish WooCommerce market.

I have created a copy of my website for you, which you can freely edit in order to prepare a solution to this problem.
To see the issue, please follow these steps:
Go to the store page and select the currency PLN.
Choose any product from the store and add it to the cart.
On the checkout page, select the shipping method Kurier InPost.
As the payment method, choose Cash on Delivery.
At this point, WooCommerce automatically adds an additional fee named “Opłata”, which should be 2.99 PLN.
Problem:
The FOX plugin does not convert this additional fee into other currencies and does not detect it correctly.
Moreover, even in the base currency PLN, the fee is displayed incorrectly as 0.00 PLN instead of 2.99 PLN.
Additional information:
This fee is configured in WooCommerce → Active Payments (there you can add an extra fee for Cash on Delivery payments).
All other product prices and shipping costs are converted correctly – the issue only affects this additional fee.

I have checked, and on the staging copy of the site everything works correctly, but unfortunately on the original store it does not. Has any update been released?
On the original store, when the base currency PLN is selected, the additional fee column does not appear at all when choosing InPost courier. However, if I switch the currency to EUR, the additional fee is displayed and calculated correctly.
What should I configure so that the additional fee also appears in the base currency PLN on the live site?

The problem was in your setting, the rate should not be equal to 0. Please fix it for PLN use 1
Ultimately, this is not a compatibility issue with a third-party plugin.
