FOX - Isn´t working properly in my website

Hello there, for any reason I´m struggling a lot with FOX plugin in Wordpress.
I have my website with MXN as a default currency but I want to sell in USD internationally. I want to show to all my customers outside Mexico my products in USD and obviously charge them in this currency.
I tried to configure the plugin with the GeoIP but it is not working well, shows the USD in wrong locations. As an example I´m right now in Mexico and it looks like the currency by default is USD.

Note that GeoIP rules only work for the first visit, after that the plugin stores the user's last currency
