Dear support team,

I am writing to inform you about an issue I am having with the FOX - Currency Switcher plugin on my website inalog.com.ar. The plugin is configured so that all visitors from Argentina see the currency in Argentine pesos and for visitors from other parts of the world, the prices should be displayed in US dollars. However, the problem is that sometimes this doesn't work and the prices are changed to dollars even if you are in Argentina or to pesos if you are in another part of the world. I have noticed that clearing the cache eliminates the error for a short period of time.

This problem affects the experience of my customers and can cause confusion or loss of sales. I would appreciate it if you could review the plugin and provide me with a solution as soon as possible.

I have attached some screenshots that show the error and the details of my WordPress version and the plugin. If you need more information, please let me know.

Thank you for your attention and your help.

Sincerely, bpmarketing

Hello

Please  read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/using-geolocation-causes-problems-doesnt-seem-to-work-for-me

Please  drop  me  screenshots  of the plugin settings

Keep in mind that GeoIP works only for the first visit, after that the plugin stores the user's last currency

Thank you for your response. I have reviewed the link you provided and checked that the configuration is correct. I am not using the Rocket plugin and my location works on the website, so that should not be the error. I have another problem in addition to the one mentioned, which is that sometimes both currencies I set up, Argentine pesos and dollars, appear on the homepage in Argentine pesos, but when I change pages, everything appears in dollars. I am attaching screenshots of the plugin configuration.

Hello

Are you using a custom code to switch currencies?

Please  check  options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230427120053.png and  https://c2n.me/4ioVmoo.png

I have followed the recommended configuration and the plugin is now functioning properly. However, we still have an issue where two products in the store are displaying prices in USD, even though the location is set to Argentina. This means that when browsing the site with prices displayed in Argentine pesos, clicking on these two products automatically converts the price to US dollars. But when you navigate to another page, the price remains in Argentine pesos like the rest of the website.

Hello

Please provide a link to these two products

This is not a problem with GeoIP, because this functionality only works for the first visit of the user

Perhaps these products do not have a standard price template or there are JS errors on the page

Hello! I am attaching the links of the 3 products that sometimes have an error, the first one more regularly, and we will check if it is something related to JavaScript. Thank you for your help.

Hello

On these pages currency switching does not work at all.

Are you using a custom code to switch currencies?

Because it looks like there is a third party function in wp_head to switch currencies
