Fixed amount of currency addition of 200 INR on converting to USD

Fixed amount of currency addition of 200 INR on converting to USD and on cpnverting back it should be same as shown previously.
Example: current product is 300 INR and when I conevert to USD it should be addition of 200INR and then convert to USD price ie., 400INR = USD value.
