This is happening all of a sudden. The filterset used to work just fine. MEaning, when choosing multiple options within the filterset, the products get filtered on each selection in an ajaxified way.

Now all of a sudden this is no longer working. Instead, the page reloads once a single option was selected and the filters simply disappear..

there is a link: https://ak.saskialund.de/produkte/

Any help is highly appreciated

Saskia

I found out that for example on this category page the filter is working fine:

https://ak.saskialund.de/produkt-kategorie/hoersysteme/

But as soon as I go to the shop page (archive of shop), the filter is behaving as described above. But as mentioned: it used to work fine... I havent added any plugins):

Hello

Please drop me  wp-admin access

Fast fix - disable ajax  mode.

Hello there,

tried that first (disabling ajax mode, but it didnt help.)

It used to work just fine on products page (which is the shop archive..) and I am really not sure why it stopped working.

I dropped admin access in private data. Thanks for your fast repy!

Hello

Hello Pablo,

the thing is: this used to work fine. AND the WOOF Category plugin is needed because otherwise, I can not setup different filters per category or shop page.

I am thinking this is a crucial functionality in a production shop. And I was wondering why it was not natively supported in your plugin in the first place.

As I said.. it used to work and I am wondering why all of a sudden it stopped working. I will contact the developer..

Thank you for helping!

And please consider making the Filters available by category or only on shop page.. this logic should be implemented natively.

Thanks so much

Saskia

Hello Saskia

OK!
