But how about the regular [woof] filter shortcode? :-)

Since we are only displaying products from the"wine" category, there is no point in having them able to filter in other categories than"wine" and sub-categories to"wine".

Hello

Since we are only displaying products from the"wine" category - This is not a category page.  This is a custom page where you display products with a modified database query. And the shortcode [woof] has no information about your custom settings of third-party functionality

I gave you the code for this, but this code only works with [woof_shortcode]

What is woof_shortcode? you havent mentioned this before.

Sory  I  mean  - [woof_products]

Ah... The settings just show up in the codex page. Is there any way we can have it only show the filters for the products we are showing?

Hello

Yes. Please  use category(archive)  page - The filter will automatically get information about the current category and show only relevant filters

How does this work exactly? So we have about 5 different pages that needs to show different categories. And a main page to show all categories. How would we go about this?

Everything is simple! don't use custom pages. And add a filter widget to the sidebar

Demo:  Main page - https://demo.products-filter.com/  Category  pages - https://demo.products-filter.com/product-category/clothing   AND https://demo.products-filter.com/product-category/clothing/man AND https://demo.products-filter.com/product-category/clothing/man/pullover

Seems smart, but i am not sure what is happening here. What exactly are you doing to get this effect? I see the filter changing.

You do have the admin access, could you possibly setup and example of this so i can have a look at the setup? :-)

unfortunately the plugin setup is not included in support
