I used ACF plugins to create fields for my realestate website. Can I use MDTF to create a filter base those ACF fields?

This depends on the type of ACF fields.

In any case, I recommend using our meta field builder for filtering - https://wp-filter.com/document/working-built-meta-data-constructor/

Thanks for your quick answer. The fields are basic such as: text box, dropbox, radio option, price

I want use ACF fields because I can intergrated with Gravityforms let users submit content with fields.

Does your meta field builder work with Gravityforms?

Unfortunately, our meta field constructor is designed only for filtering

text box, dropbox, radio option  - with these fields I think it will work

So you need to find the meta key of the field and do a rejection for the filter
