Filter spinning after making selection

The user posted they found the solution:
"Thank you for your response, I found the error in the data being sent for AJAX call, we are using jQuery function on the page for the filter, but we had not included the"nonce_filter: woof_front_nonce" in data. Once I added it, the filter started working again."
How do I do this?

The problem is that your site caches the nonce key. You should add an exception in your cache settings.
Got it. My host added an exception for the nonce key. However, if I visit this page directly in a"private" browser the filter is showing all of the values, even after I click"Accept". If I refresh the page, the filter loads properly. If I visit the homepage first then navigate to the page, it works. But when I visit the URL directly it does not work.
