The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Same problem as in this topic: Filter sees product attributes as empty (when they are not).
Made a new one to give indication that we are also having this issue since update.
Do you also need FTP/WP-admin acces? Please let me know.
