After the latest update all the filters appear empty. I cannot seem to find out why.

I have the pro version but can't find where to add my purchase code.

Hello

I have the pro version but can't find where to add my purchase code. - https://c2n.me/4bmTXuj.png

Paste  exact  link to the  issue

Ah yes.

Added code as well as login details.

Update: I realized that on the shop page, the filters work fine. but on any other category they do not.

Hello

I  checked  your  site. It looks like the filter is working correctly

https://c2n.me/4boEylZ.png - as I see all these categories do not have any product

There are some categories that are for the moment empty (as the site is still being designed) but there are categories that are not and there the filters don't work. but then there are some that the filters work. (keep in mind that having changed nothing on the site rather than updating woof to the latest version is when this begun to appear)

For instance this: https://kontopanagiotisjewellers.gr/en/product-category/jewellry/ shows 0 on all filters.

while the products do exist and have the correct attributes.

[edit] I have temporarily set the hide empty values to no [/edit]

Hello

Ok!  This  category - https://c2n.me/4bpss05.png

I'm sorry I do not understand. This parent category has nothing in it but its children categories do.

I mean that the same page that used to show filters now doesn't. That's my issue.

Hello

Ok!  how many products should a search query show"products  where category  = jawellry" - result  is zero

You can  in  file - wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\index.php - change  code  - https://c2n.me/4bqogJA.png and  do  a  test

THANK YOU!

that was driving me crazy. Btw if you issue an update I will lose that change right? I will need to add it every time.

also, is include_children boolean? I mean setting it to 1 will include all children or will I have to set it to eg 4 if I want 4 levels down?

It's boolean  true(1) OR falso(0)

Btw if you issue an update I will lose that change right? - Since you are the second who wrote this, maybe we will add it in the next version.
