Hi Support Team,

I am currently facing a critical issue where the product filter resets automatically whenever a user navigates to the second page of the filtered results.

System Environment:

  • Theme: Flatsome (using UX Builder ux_products element)

  • Plugin: Husky Product Filter (Professional version)

The Problem: When I filter products in a specific category (e.g., Arknights), the first page displays the correct results. However, when I click on"Page 2" or"Page 3", the filter is completely lost, and the shop displays all products from the entire store instead of maintaining the filtered category.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to a category ("Danh mục game" in my language) with multiple pages of products.

  2. Apply a filter (e.g., specific game or attribute).

  3. Scroll down and click on"Page 2".

  4. The page reloads/refreshes, but all products from the shop are shown instead of the filtered results.

I have attached screenshots of my current configurations and the console inspect for your reference.

Looking forward to your guidance.

When filter at page 1 When at page 2

Hello Lam

Disable AJAXify please in HUSKY options, looks like theme adds its own wp query requests

1. Go to HUSKY → Options →"By AJAX"
2. Set to"No"
3. Save settings

This will make filters work through URL parameters instead of AJAX, and pagination will preserve all applied filters

Example: https://demo-flatsome.products-filter.com/swoof/product_cat-wooman/page/2/

It will work like this - filters maintained through the URL on each page.

Hi Alex, thanks for your support, I've already disabled it, but seems like it doesn't work

Could you please visit my site and testing it ?
