Filter posts by multiple taxonomies with ACF and Beaver Builder

I've purchased the Plugin (I guess its the latest version) on codecanyon and I'm trying to get MDTF to work. I've read the documentation and I've watched the video but somehow I couldn't figure out whats wrong. I'm using ACF Taxonomies and Beaver Builder. I also tried CPT and other Wordpress Themes, unfortunately its the same.
If I do the basic setup with Output search template"search" it filters the standard wordpress category but it finds nothing with the taxonomies. I also tried to enter <?php do_shortcode('[mdf_force_searching]') ?> somewhere in the header and other places with no success. Whats wrong, please help.

I did a test, it looks like the filter only works by category

Yes, it only filters by category. Unfortunately i need the taxonomies here.
