Filter on text not working
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hello,
When we activate the search on text functionality and search with a min-max price filter active we still 2 things happen.
1. We get to see products that are more expensive than the max price we selected.
2. When we select a random product from the list of products we get as answer from search we get a whole other product back. This product we get back is always the same product. For example the 1st time we search for product c but we get to see product product Y. The second time we search for product p but still get back product Y. Both time we search for products with a whole different name but we still get the same product as answer which is another product we selected.
3. When we change the price range the correct product comes forth when it is range of the selection.
Are any of these problems known and if so do you have any idea how to fix this weird issue?
We are using the template Impreza.
