We have the WOOF plugin installed on this site (https://eastindiacarpets.com/carpets/) and it's doing something strange.
For some reason when you click the arrow on a shop page that you’ve filtered, it’s trying to go to a wp-admin page. But if you add a filter, let it load, and then refresh the page, the arrow button seems to work.
This is where it’s trying to go when you click it the first time:
“https://eastindiacarpets.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?paged=2”And this is where it’s going when you try it and it works:
https://eastindiacarpets.com/carpets/page/3/?swoof=1&size=10x14I’ve tried looking it up and found something that said to turn off the option to optimize loading of WOOF JavaScript files, but it’s already off.
Here's a video of the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yyqkkmacyfol1ju/Screen%20Recording%202021-02-22%20at%204.44.33%20PM.mov?dl=0
The site is made with Divi, if that's helpful.
Thanks!
Lauren

All plugins on the site are up to date.

Quote from Lauren on March 1, 2021, 22:10Sorry - I had missed the first step of adding the Envato Market plugin!
I was able to get the plugin updated and that solved the issue with the pages, but I am now experiencing a different problem. Now, when you expand a filter, it opens briefly and then closes again. If you try expanding it again, it will open, but the "+" and "-" symbols are then reversed, with the "-" showing when the filter is closed and the "+" showing when it is expanded.
Here's a video of the problem:
