Filter not working as expected

I have the filter running here : https://www.oriental-rugs.co.za/products/ and usually it works perfectly. I have come across an issue where making any selection on the filter on the right doesn't reload the page with the correct products. eg clicking on kelims should show the carpets under Kelim category (174 products) but it doesn't. The URL changes to : https://www.oriental-rugs.co.za/products/?swoof=1&pa_products=kelims&paged=1
But nothing actually changes on the screen apart from a quick loading icon. I've also tried disabling / enabling the caching of terms and counts with no change.
Please can you assist.

Thanks for the prompt assistance! Before i had this issue we didn't have the filter and reset button. Is it possible to get around without using those two buttons?

Which videos are you referring too ? I do not have that option that you are displaying in the image. My version is v.1.3.3
Ignore that! i found it under widgets. My problem now is that if i have that option disabled as you suggested and i select"Kelims" then it brings up some other sticky products along with 3"Kelim" products when there are 174. If i select page 2 i get a blank page with a 0 on it. The url changes too : https://www.oriental-rugs.co.za/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?paged=2 whereas the first page url looks like : https://www.oriental-rugs.co.za/products/?swoof=1&pa_products=kelims&paged=1
