Filter issues: Gift Vouchers

The filter is working for all categories on our client's website except for Gift Vouchers. There is a product in the Gift Voucher category (see here) however the filter shows the category as empty (see here).
Could you please advise what the issue is. I am assuming it is an issue with the filter not pickup up a virtual product maybe?

Check that the product has the"catalog and search" visibility setting. And so that this product has the status "in stock"

Your product template does not display Gift Voucher. The template does not display this product and it does not depend on my plugin.
How to fix it? - you better contact the author of this template
I think it is actually an issue with your filter results as you can see here the gift voucher loads correctly in the website template

You can do a test with a standard shortcode - [products]
unfortunately the template developer won't resolve this issue :( I have also found another issue with the plugin - the keyword search is not working. Would you mind checking please. Here is a link to where it appears.
