Filter is not showing on WooCoommerce pages

Hello, I am trying to show the filter on WooCommerce pages, that are built with theme that has a product type"car rental". The filters don't seems to appear anywhere, can you help me investigate further?

What plugin version number are you using?

How did you add the filter to the page?

The version number is 1.3.6.4

Only one video is playing, the other video is not working. Plus the video doesn't mention how to display the filter

'hide empty terms' - This option is not available in the free version.

The filter functions correctly, displaying the filtered products as expected. However, once a filter is applied, the filtering options disappear and only reappear after clearing the previous selections. Is this the intended behavior?
