Filter dropdown no longer working

The filter options are no longer working correctly on my site. The colour filters will filter but you are unbale to use the reset button to clear.

The dropdown options to filter by collect or design won't dropdown either.

Installed the Envato plugin and set up the API and confirmed it is working but this still did not allow updates.
Why are they moving away from the standard WordPress plugin update route? By doing this they have removed to option to see updates in the standard plugin area and also prevents many site audit tools discivering issues with plugins on the site.

I strongly suggest that you move away from Envato and supply this plugin via standard WordPress plugin support.

My license is up to date and updates should be available.

Time to rethink about using Envato and CodeCanyon

I strongly suggest that you move away from Envato and supply this plugin via standard WordPress plugin support. - ???  Envato is a completely different repository! I present only the code for this platform, payment and updating depend only on envato. So contact  to  a support  of  envato

You  cab  delete  my  plugin  and  install the  new  version of  the  plugin( https://codecanyon.net/downloads ) All  settings  will  be  saved

I have contacted Envato with regards to thie r API tool but have yet to hear back. Unfortunately they are not as helpful as you are.

Your plugin is showing on the WordPress repository. If I had bought it via WordPress instead of Envato would I still be restricted to the Envato API update tool?

Please also be aware that because the Envato API tool take the update process away from the standard WordPress plugin system then all site notifications and audit tools will fail to notify us of any new updates that are available. That is why I stringly suggest to get away from using the Envato API update system.

I use Widget locations that are different for every page using a Gantry style template. If I remove an item from the install then the widget location will be lost and I will need to reset.

FTP update maybe an option if I can just replace the files using FTP. As long as none of the Database settings have been changed then all should be ok.

Hint - Upload  the  filter  to your  site(rename  the  folder)

Then rename the old version and return the correct name for the new version of the plugin.  In this case, replacing the code will be very fast.

I have uploaded via FTP as suggested and renames the folders so the new files are the original folder name. This did break my widget locations which I have had to reset. In the plugins menu on WordPress 2 instances of Woof Product Filters were showing so I deleted the older version. Current version 2.2.4.

But this is still not working and the colapsed options are not opening up.
