Filter doesn't work and disables some background images and texts
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. I created a website about a year ago and implemented WOOF Filter in the shop page. It worked perfectly at that moment. The website project stopped and now the client wanted to continue with it. Since there wasn't any kind of maintenance with plugins, now I'm working on solving the issues that appeared during all that time. No plugins or themes were updated during the year.
When I started working on the website again a few days ago I saw that the filter disappeared and some background images and texts were missing. I added the shortcode again but the filter doesn't make any action. The page is made with Astra Pro and Elementor Pro. When I disable the WOOF Filter plugin, all the content shows up again. I tried changing theme and disabling other plugins but I haven't found anything to solve the issue.
Did anyone had a problem similar to that?
