Filter button in mobile version visible but not working

I have installed the Woof Pro plugin on my website and have configured some filters to display in the sidebar. I have configured the widget to display the button( ABRIR EL FILTRO-open filter) in mobile size and it displays fine but when you click on it, nothing is displayed, it does not work.
Could you please tell me what I need to do to make it work correctly?

We have added the CSS code you have sent us both to the style.css file and in the WordPress customizer but it doesn't work.
We have cleared cache and refreshed the browser but the filter is not showing.
