Hello,

 

We are experiencing several issues with your currency conversion plugin:

 

- Fees, especially from Stripe, are not being converted correctly.

- WooCommerce data reports (total sales, customer revenue, etc.) are never accurate.

- Some commission deductions are not being applied correctly.

Hello

What plugin version number are you ussing?

This looks like a third-party plugin incompatibility

Hi Pablo,

We're using  1.4.2.2  version.

The installed plugin are:
- CartFlows
- Elementor
- iubenda
- LearnDash
- WishList Member™ X
- WooCommerce
- WooCommerce PayPal Payments
- WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels

We simply use the plugin to convert completed orders into another currency, and then print invoices.

Hello

- Fees, especially from Stripe, are not being converted correctly.  - Please read  - https://currency-switcher.com/woocommerce-stripe-payment-gateway

- WooCommerce data reports (total sales, customer revenue, etc.) are never accurate.  - Are you using standard products and checkout page?

- Some commission deductions are not being applied correctly. - Are these commission added by a third party plugin?

Hi,

For Stripe i will try to follow the guide, thanks.

We have error with Paypal commissions that won't be converted.
