Hi Support,

Hope you're well. We've configured WOOF to hide out of stock products and to listen to product visibility however unfortunately WOOF isn’t honoring these settings.

We’re using the latest WordPress and WOOF version and have tested settings/functionality in a dev environment using TwentyTwenty theme with all other plugins disabled and the WOOF settings don’t seem to work as expected.

The problem is the hidden products/out of stock products remain included in the product count, so within the search results there’s areas that render blank due to the hidden products. The search should recalculate the amount of products as per products which are available (and yes, we have dynamic recount enabled too).

Your advice is greatly appreciated,

describe in more detail what I have to do to get the error. what search should i do and which products should not be displayed?

Hi Pablo,

Thanks for getting back to me. Please find I have submitted access to the staging website using your secure share service. To recreate the issue, please go to the home page, use the search bar to look for"lampwork", navigate to the 2nd page of search results. You will see at the bottom of the search results three empty spaces when there are hidden products.
