Hi,

 

Is it possible to have order confirmation emails include the currency the user paid in?

Currently we get copied of the orders and we dont see this information, not even on the order page in woocommerce, we have to look at the"Paypal Payout" or"Stripe Payout" and hope that its correct.

This also makes reporting a problem because we see an order for $50 in the system, but the true value is $90 in our local currency.

How can we fix this?

Hello

What plugin version number are you using?

Do you have a different sign for the currency set in the settings?

Just downloaded and installed today, so latest as far as I am aware 2.4.2.2

I've got most things working now, just the emails I'd like to include currency they paid in, plus see it in order page, such as wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders

I do use funnelkit, os wonder if they can do something.

thanks I have added support license code.

 

I did find in order page thank you,m I actually found it over the weekend. I was referring to email, but its ok, I can open order and see it.
