Hi there,

I'm having an issue with the shipping calculation on this website:

Unfortunately it does not have to meet the 35EUR limit for the free shipping option to appear. Would you be able to advise?

Hi Pablo,

We're using Version 2.2.7.1, as we haven't had an update prompt since then. Is there one available, or would I have to repurchase the plugin?

Would that solve the issue?

Would that solve the issue? - I dont know. But it makes no sense to look for the cause of the error in the old version

Hi Pablo,

It did indeed fix the problem, thank you!
Although now we have a slightly stranger one... the Netherlands is defaultig to US Dollars. We're using Tunnelbear to test it, so unless they have a strange issue with their IP, as far as I can tell all the settings should be correct.
