Previously was using this plugin to have prices available in 2 currencies. I set geolocation for 1 currency, and it was the main currency in the local market. USD was the secondary currency to be used with PayPal. We had some issues with PayPal and decided to remove this, as we no longer need any prices to show up in USD, and I was having issues with some new shipping charges, so I went to deactivate the plugin as I thought it was causing a conflict. Upon deactivating the plugin, the prices for every product has disappeared everywhere on the frontend of the site. No prices showing up in the product page, in the cart, during checkout etc. On the backend, the products have their prices set in the right way.

Doing an inspection of the page code, it seems that nothing appears between the <bdi> tags which is where usually the price is shown, but the info in meta tags is correct as per what is set in the back end. No JS errors are appearing in inspector. I can still reactivate the plugin, but I am unable to, for example, delete the USD currency in the plugin settings. I also am getting an error on the plugin settings that the page cache needs to be cleared (with a link to a page instructing me to do a full page refresh), however after doing this there is no improvement. I am afraid of what will happen if I delete the plugin.

Please assist.

Hello

I highly doubt that the problem is with my plugin.

this plugin only affects prices when enabled (conversion on the fly)

I think you should look for third-party code that causes this behavior.

you can drop me  exact  link to the  issue

Hey,

Thanks for replying. Well here is my situation:

Previously, had prices showing fine. Added your plugin about a year ago or so, it worked fine. Now, If i remove your plugin, I cannot get the prices to show up anywhere. I have cleared the cache, I have disabled every single plugin except WooCommerce, I have checked the settings multiple times, I cannot find the reason why it is happening. Whether it is your plugin, or something else, I do not know, but it has started to affect the core WooCommerce. Can you take a look if I give you admin access? Simple investigation of just going in yourself, disabling the plugin, and seeing the results. If yes, how can I give you access (don't want to give admin credentials publicly obviously).

Thanks again.

what plugin version number are you using?

2.2.5.1 (but it says 1.3.4.3 inside view details and changelog?)

Hello

Paste your license key here - https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png -> https://c2n.me/42HBIt7.png and  wp-admin access - https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png I will  check  it

Hi,

I am not using the pro version of the plugin, so there is no license key.

Please let me know if that's fine. Thanks.

I am not using the pro version of the plugin - this version is not free. if you downloaded the plugin from third party sources, I advise you to hire a good developer to clean up your site

I did not download the plugin from a 3rd party source. I'm confused, if you're saying that this version is not free, how was I able to install your plugin from within WordPress > Plugins > Add New? Can you please confirm if this: https://imgur.com/MBxDBxp is your plugin?

So if this version is not free, why is there a free version available?

Hi,

The reason i said that is because this is what I'm seeing in the plugins section of WP backend: https://imgur.com/csyno0h

Ok!  now I am 100% sure that you are using the paid version of the plugin.

We are not responsible for the code that you downloaded from third-party sources.
