Hello,

I've come across an impressive plugin for filtering, but unfortunately, I'm encountering a couple of issues that I hope to resolve. Firstly, despite setting the AJAX option to"YES" as shown here (https://prnt.sc/7sedT14wZzLP), it doesn't seem to be functioning properly. I've tested it with both the default WordPress theme and a minimal theme containing only essential files. Additionally, I've ensured that WooCommerce and the filter plugin are enabled. Despite enabling WordPress debugging, no errors are being reported.

Secondly, the custom taxonomy filter isn't working as expected. I've created several custom taxonomies for products and configured them within the Husky plugin settings (https://prnt.sc/5ePEz-1BYVke). While product categories and attribute filters work correctly (albeit without AJAX), the custom taxonomy filter remains unresponsive. I've even increased the value of"PHP max input variables" with no success. There are no optimization plugins installed.

Although the plugin is immensely useful, I've spent the past two days attempting to resolve these issues without success. I'm hopeful that you can provide a solution.

Hello

and do a test

Hello

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your promptness in addressing the issues. However, I've encountered two additional problems:

  1. I'm unable to save settings. Whenever I attempt to modify any settings, the changes aren't being updated.
  2. The filter by custom taxonomy feature isn't functioning as expected, despite adjusting the php_value max_input_vars to 30000 as shown in the screenshot provided https://prnt.sc/_Tpe2_OTu1Gu.

For further clarity, I've included a quick loom video demonstrating the issues: [https://www.loom.com/share/e87131dc877d43aa8c9c5c79a8d1608c?sid=05793e7d-5098-4d39-89cd-8d5f28874b38]

I'm seeking a solution to rectify these issues.

Thank You

Hello

Counter display is associated with dynamic calculation.  This is protection against incorrect settings. You cannot turn off the display of the counter and leave the dynamic counting

  1. My concern is not about counting, but rather that I'm unable to save any settings. Additionally, the product filtering by custom taxonomy is not functioning properly. Please review the Loom video https://www.loom.com/share/e87131dc877d43aa8c9c5c79a8d1608c?sid=05793e7d-5098-4d39-89cd-8d5f28874b38  attentively, with a focus on filtering products by custom taxonomy.

Hello

Problem with settings: In the video I only saw a problem with saving the display of the counter. In any case, this may be a problem in the settings of your local server. Try making a test on another server. You can try this wonderful tool - https://localwp.com/

Problem with filter: the reason may be the registration of a custom taxonomy; at the time of checking the URL, the taxonomy is not yet registered and this is not recognized as a search query. Try  to  disable SEO URL  to test it

Hello

Thank you for your response. I have identified another issue that needs attention.

  1. I would like to implement a color filter dropdown with checkboxes, similar to the example shown here: [https://prnt.sc/jPnbZzrngRMQ]. Is this feasible?
  2. While you have provided an option to display the price filter in a dropdown menu [https://prnt.sc/4siDGtdPVSr8], it seems that when I save the settings to display the price as a dropdown, the price filter does not appear on the front end.

I appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters.

Hello

1)  Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature. But the paid version has a similar color filter - https://products-filter.com/extencion/color

2) Please drop me screenshots of the settings

I have utilized the `[woof]` shortcode and the `[woof_products is_ajax=1 per_page=4]` shortcode in a custom page. However, I need assistance in implementing a feature to load products dynamically upon scrolling.

Hello

please read this - https://products-filter.com/make-infinite-scroll-for-filtered-products-also

Thank You So Much.

I'm encountering two issues:

1. I have 13 products on my site and I'm using the YITH Infinite Scrolling plugin. Currently, it displays"Showing 1–10 of 13 results" https://prnt.sc/S6OVhyIzC6et but I want it to show"Showing 13 results" instead (Total Products Count ).

2. Similarly, after applying an AJAX filter, let's say I filter by"Men" category and there are 11 products in that category, it still shows"Showing 1–10 of 11 results" https://prnt.sc/bgxfKqeSWkvh instead of"Showing 11 results"(Total Products Count on that category). The issue persists even after using the woocommerce_result_count filter and overriding the result-count.php file. The changes apply correctly on page load but not after using AJAX filters.

Hello

please try this option - Advanced->Options  -  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240402101809.png

I've created a custom page just for on-sale products. Now, I want to add a product filter to that page, specifically including a checkbox for"on sale" items. Note that I only want this checkbox to appear on the sale page, not on the regular products page.
