Currency symbol in cart is incorrect

I am using WOOCS v2.3.1. I allow customers to change currency on the site to view products but I only allow checkout in 1 currency ($CAD).
When a different currency is selected (GBP for example) the prices will display correctly in GBP on all the pages. When the customer adds an item to the cart the item will entered into the cart in the correct currency ($CAD) but the GBP symbol will still be displayed instead of the $ symbol
I understand that WOOCS is not fully compatible with the Flycart Discount plugin that I am using but I don't know if the issue is between these 2 plugins or if I'm doing something wrong.

The link is http://lowerwestsidestudio.com . You can't see the issue, though, because I have removed the option to switch currency. Due to the plugin placing the incorrect symbol in the cart it became very confusing to the customer. For example
Price displayed on Product page in CAD (the Welcome currency): $10.00
Price displayed when customer switches currency to GBP: £5.93
Customer then adds the item to the cart. Checkout is only is CAD so the Hide Switcher on Checkout Page option is ON.
When the customer views the cart they see: £10.00
Although they will be billed 10 Canadian Dollars they see the British Pound sign and it makes the price appear completely wrong.
I have disabled the ability for the customer to switch currency for this reason.

I tried installing the duplicator plugin and it did not function correctly.
Actually, I don't really have time to duplicate my site and enter a debugging phase with you. When I purchased the plugin it was my intention to simply plug it in and use it with minimal effort.
Spending hours creating users, corresponding in detail and now duplicating my website is costing me far more in wasted time than I bargained for.
I will continue to use the basic currency conversion widget feature of the plugin and I will test your plugin whenever I receive an update to see if the problem has been solved . I won't, however, become a test site.
