Hello,

I have been using your plugin for some time.

I have an issue where the plugin constantly after a few hours, keeps switching the currency to my non-primary choice of currency (USD).

This is causing me to loose my customers..

I have tried everything possible, the only way it resets back to the primary currency is when I purge the entire website cache.

But this is not an ideal situation.

I have since had no choice but to temporarily disable the plugin.

Can you please advice!?

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, the methods you have advised did not work.

The issue still persists and I have had no choice but to remove the plugin.

It would have been great if there was some way this can be rectified as the plugin in itself is great.

Could you advise if there is something that can be done in regards to this.

Hello

The only solution to this problem is to use the settings I recommend, fix JS errors if present, Configure the caching plugin correctly - if you want to have dynamic data on the page

Hello,

Thank you for your speedy response.

By configuring our cache plugin correctly what exactly would you want us to do there!?

If you could give us some steps or ways in order for us to do that, we would be grateful and a lot of help to us.

We checked our website for JS errors, there don't seem to be any as such that pop up.

Hello

By configuring our cache plugin correctly what exactly would you want us to do there!? - I cannot suggest specific settings. Because each caching plugin uses different technologies.  And you can optimize and cache the site to infinity and this will give faster page loading. It's like showing a screenshot of a page instead of loading the page code. To display dynamic content, you have to find a compromise.

From my side: analyzing your descriptions of the problem. The reason is that session data and user data are cached
