Currency switcher pro - can't seem to upgrade to pro, its stuck in 2-currency mode

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page please

I have installed regular version first which serves only two currencies.

Than I pressed upgrade to pro, was taken to this page:

Paid, downloaded, uploaded....

Still no pro options, still only 2 currencies. What to do?

Try to clear all cache, press Ctrl+F5

No field to enter licence, only GOPRO button to upgrade.

No easy way to attach photo so I won't

I just need a simple currency switcher, this seems to be an  overkill for that.

We'll try to fix this ourselves first. I'm not comfortable with sharing access to live store unless absolutely necessary.

Actually I might be good with only 2 currencies. Is there a 14 day return policy?

When you buy the premium version you should delete the free version of the plugin and install the paid version. There is nothing else to do

Reasons why you can only have two currencies :

1 Paid version of the plugin is not installed

2 The js file is cached, it is solved by clearing the cache
