Hello Pablo,

I have been using WOOC/FOX for a while and it has worked very well.  However over the last month I have been having issues.  The switcher will not work on my event listing page.  It will work on the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages.  However in some cases when purchasers switch from my default currency with is JMD to USD, it will do it but the on the checkout page it refreshes automatically and goes back to JMD.  This has been very frustrating to customers.

The other thing that has changed is that in the past, in the WooCommerce Order page, there was a Fox Currency switcher box that showed the currency in which the ticket was ordered, and it also gave the option to change the currency if necessary and recalculte based on the currency rate.  That has now disappeared which is also a problem.

Please advise if you can help me with these problems. Let me know what I need to send you to investigate further

We are using Version 1.4.1.2 .

The link below will show one of the pages that i find the problem but it is intermittent.  Sometimes it works perfectly and another time it does not change the currency at all.

The other problem is with the integration with Woo Commerce orders.  In the past we used to have the converter inside the order and could recalculate currency of the order when necessary.  This has disappeared.  Please see the screenshots of the documents below.  One shows the order that includes the Wooc Order Info as it used to be. The other shot shows that it is not currently showing.

Hello

1 - https://in00o4h190.onrocket.site/event/pos-test-event-sep-19/  - there are no woocommerce prices on this page. This plugin is designed for woocommerce and may not work with third party functionality that does not use woocommerce standards.

2 - Please  update the  plugin
