currency switcher not working in woocommerce

Unfortunately, I cannot fix this. It doesn’t depend on my plugin.

I checked with 2checkout and as per them they support Kuwait currency they link you sent in previous email its PO order acceptance but for website and billing etc they do support . Please see below email from them .
