First of all thank you for the great plugin. Loving all the features it provides. However I have one issue with shipping fee at cart & checkout. I noticed certain shipping fees are not converting when I set"Is multiple allowed" to yes. I do not think it is the shipping fee plugin issue because for the DHL option I am using the same weight based shipping plugin, and it is converting correctly every time. Is there any setting that I am missing?

Thanks.

Hello

This is an incompatibility with a third party plugin

Read  this please - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs/

Hi there, I'm having the same issue again. This issue was resolved after adding in the code referring to this article: https://currency-switcher.com/aramex-shipping-woocommerce/

but the same issue came back again, wonder if anyone is having the same problem and is there any solution for this?

Hello

Please check this code, you may have deleted it when updating the theme

Hello Pablo,

I did double checked the code, it's still in there. Wonder if there could be any other issues that are causing this

Ok!  You can  create  an  adaptation request -  https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs/

Hi Pablo,

Upon checking, I noticed the shipping fee that are not converting are not from Aramex plugin or any other shipping fee plugin, it is from the woocommerce built in shipping.

I tested with other countries (eg. US) that I have set up shipping fee in woocommerce built-in shipping, the same thing happened. Other shipping rates retrieved from shipping plugins like DHL Express plugin, Aramex plugin and Fedex plugin are all working fine.

Do you know why this is happening and if there is any workaround to this?

Thanks in advence.

Hello

Ok!  Please  add  wp-admin+FTP access  to your test  site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

I will add this plugin to the adaptation queue

Hi Pablo,

Thanks. I have added the access.

I think this issue is not related to conflict with other plugins tho as it happen to default woocommerce shipping. But any way, hope this can be resolved soon :) I'm planning to purchase the premium version and addon a couple more currencies.

Thanks

Hello

I think this issue is not related to conflict with other plugins - Ok  please  disable  all  shipping plugins  and  do a test

Hi Pablo,

Please see screenshot below. I have disabled all DHL Express plugin, Aramex plugin and Fedex plugin.

However I have noticed that there is another plugin which is the WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping which I'm using, I believe this is the issue, sorry I overlooked this plugin earlier :)

Could you please add the WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping into the adaptation queue? Thanks in advance

Hello
