Hi,

On our site the currency switcher is causing a conflict on the cart and checkout pages. A customer earns points and is able to redeem them against orders in the checkout, with the currency plugin active it causes the points that are added to be removed (after a page refresh) and not being taken off the amount due to pay. if I switch the plugin off everything works fine.

I have tried the latest version and rolling back to older versions and that hasn't helped.

Please advise.

It looks like this is an incompatibility with a third party plugin.

Hi,

I tried the custom code that has been provided in the solutions list but it hasn't helped fix the problem.

Are you sure you pasted the code according to the recommendations in the article?

Describe the problem in more detail, you can add screenshots and  links. I'll see if this can be fixed quickly.
