The license has no time limit.
Regarding support of third-party payment systems - first of all, these payment systems must support multicurrency (accept payments in different currencies) and be developed on the basis of standard WooCommerce classes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the third-party plugin is compatible with multicurrency.
