Hello,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with the FOX Currency Switcher settings in my WordPress/WooCommerce dashboard.

When I edit the currency rates (for example: RSD as the base currency = 1, EUR = 0.00847), the values appear on the screen but are not saved permanently. As soon as I leave the page or switch to another tab, I get a browser warning that changes might not be saved. When I return, all settings are gone.

The biggest problem is:
👉 There is no visible “Save” or “Apply” button anywhere in the currency settings panel.
This makes it impossible to force the plugin to save the changes manually.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Disabled all caching (FlyingPress + CDN)

  • Tested in Safari, Edge and Chrome (Mac)

  • Cleared browser and WordPress cache

  • Checked console for JavaScript errors (none critical)

  • Updated WooCommerce to the latest version (v10.x)

  • Reloaded the admin panel several times

  • Downloaded already the latest version 2.4.3.1
  • Using Woodmart Theme

The AJAX save process seems to fail silently, and without a visible save button, I cannot confirm or keep my changes.

Could you please advise how I can fix this issue or enable a proper save mechanism?
If this is a known bug, is there a workaround (e.g. manual save or alternative UI)?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,

Hello

Thank you for collaboration, but I have only one idea - smth hides by CSS that button. Lets do next, if the site alive, using Duplicator https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ create site clone and share access with me, I will do tests (code, plugins, theme), they can broke the site temporary so its better do there ...

By the way, if you have any plugin for customization admin panel it canbe root of the issue, so if you have any suspicuous plugin - disable it and update FOX options page

Hi. Thanks for the tip about duplicating the page. In staging mode, I found out that the issue was caused by the WooPayments plugin from WooCommerce. After deactivating it, everything is now working as expected.

Hello Petar

Thank you for your collaboration, that could be CSS issue on their site ...
