Hello,
I’m experiencing a serious issue with the FOX Currency Switcher settings in my WordPress/WooCommerce dashboard.
When I edit the currency rates (for example: RSD as the base currency = 1, EUR = 0.00847), the values appear on the screen but are not saved permanently. As soon as I leave the page or switch to another tab, I get a browser warning that changes might not be saved. When I return, all settings are gone.
The biggest problem is:
👉 There is no visible “Save” or “Apply” button anywhere in the currency settings panel.
This makes it impossible to force the plugin to save the changes manually.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Disabled all caching (FlyingPress + CDN)
Tested in Safari, Edge and Chrome (Mac)
Cleared browser and WordPress cache
Checked console for JavaScript errors (none critical)
Updated WooCommerce to the latest version (v10.x)
Reloaded the admin panel several times
- Downloaded already the latest version 2.4.3.1
- Using Woodmart Theme
The AJAX save process seems to fail silently, and without a visible save button, I cannot confirm or keep my changes.
Could you please advise how I can fix this issue or enable a proper save mechanism?
If this is a known bug, is there a workaround (e.g. manual save or alternative UI)?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,
