Hello i'm based in Malaysia and will transaction with 4 currency which are MYR, IDR, SGD & USD

for SGD & USD, i'd like for the currency converted that's within the range of 0.01 to 0.99 to be round up to 1 whilst for IDR, i'd like for the currency converted from 1 to 999 to be converted to 1000. Any help on this. Do you mind explaining in layman terms as I'm no way a professional. Thanks!
