I would like to ask if there is an option to restrict specific currency to specific country to allow customers of specific country to order only in selected currency.

Yes, the plugin has such a (similar) feature. Switch on the checkout page to currency according to GeoIP rules - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231017104443.png
