Currency Rate does not appear to work
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. The issue is that the website currency rate does not appear to be working or converting to the correct rate. We are trying to convert from British pounds into Turkish Lira. We believe the set-up is all correct and we need to charge an additional 30% above their exchange rate feed set. However, if we change the rate as shown in the screenshot nothing happens with the prices on the front end.
The website pulls data from an external system so it may need some custom coding to get this to work – Can you take a look and advise back?
