The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Currency not updated.

Automatic update of exchange rates is set to every hour, also tried every minute.
When I click to update all exchange rates, they are not loaded.

Perhaps the aggregator does not have data about your currency
what plugin version number are you using?
