Hi Pablo,

We're on a new host, I think they have their own cache that cannot be switched off, and we are using Cloudflare super page caching.

The currency does not switch according to country.

South Africa is supposed to show ZAR
America and the rest of the world $

Caching is enabled in woocs settings and have tried php session and transient but no go.

Really need your expertise please!

hello

Please  read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/using-geolocation-causes-problems-doesnt-seem-to-work-for-me

Looks like Woocommerce can't determine the user's location. how to do the test is described in the article that I gave you

Hi Pablo,

We already have MindMax database.

We use Cloudflare cache, but seems that our host has another cache for static and dynamic. When we disable their cache the site works.

The speed increase we get from enabling both our Cloudflare and their built in cache is massive! any setting you can recommend or way to get it working with both cache enabled?

Hello

First of all you need to determine how Woocommerce works with your cache settings. It's written in the article: Create a test page with a shortcode - https://currency-switcher.com/shortcode/woocs_geo_hello  With VPN or this service - https://www.locabrowser.com/ - check this page. You will see how Woocommerce determines the user's current location. so if Woocommerce passes invalid data to my plugin it may cause the behavior you describe.

The speed increase we get from enabling both our Cloudflare and their built in cache is massive! - Of course! But if instead of a website, just an image or pdf is displayed, it will be even faster. Unfortunately, such a reality for dynamic information on sites and with caching you need to be careful
