Hi

I used the Wholesale Suite Pro plugin on both of my websites where I the currency plugin and my shop base pricing is in Canadian dollars.

On the single product page, when I switch the currency, it shows the currency label as the currency I switched to, however the prices still show in CAD not the wanted currency prices.

I have the Wholesale plugin developer looking into this issue but he tells me that the currency label is controlled by the currency plugin not his plugin. He's looking into the prices displaying wrong but to expedite a resolution of this issue, I prefer to raise this issue here while he's working on it too.

We have a customer that placed a large order and is complaining a lot about this issue and has been for the last 2 weeks.

Can you see what is happening in your plugin that may cause this display to be wrong when the currency plugin is activated.

You can see this issue only when logged in as a wholesale customer and on the single product page.

This is happening on two websites of mine where I use the currency plugin. I have one website  on the staging server where you can see this. I'm happy to provide a test wholesale account you can use.

Hello

Please read this - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hi Pablo

I had the Wholesale plugin developer run tests on the staging server. When logged in as a wholesale customer and switching currency, the prices remain in CAD.

Can you please investigate why this is happening. I have included the staging server wholesaler test account credentials in the private data. I also included the link to test the product. You may want to view the product without loging as a wholesaler first to see that the currency switcher works fine. Then test with the wholesaler account with the same product - you'll see what happens.

Thank you for your patience while coordinating with different plugin developers.

Hello Lyse

Unfortunately FTP access is still not working

Hi Pablo

I've resetted the password and added staging URL in the private data area. Hope this helps.

Thanks

Lyse

Unfortunately it didn't help

Yes, I just looked at the third-party plugin code through the admin panel. - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220915155828.png - It looks like the author of the plugin made my plugin work incorrectly

So  delete  this  line - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220915160017.png
