Is it possible that the cache is affecting this or does the cache selectable option rule out the cache as a problem?

Quote from felipesg on July 16, 2022, 23:29Now I'm testing with "openexchangerates.org" to verify if it was because of the free aggregators, the problem is that I don't know why it spends more requests if the update of the rate in the plugin is supposed to be every 1 hour (besides the weekend traditional markets are closed so you should not make requests for new rates as they do not change).
17 hours ago I put the new aggregator "openexchangerates.org", I have 8 currencies on the website (1 base currency + 7 additional currencies) so I should have at most 17*8=136 requests in case I charge 1 request per currency every hour for 17 hours (out of 8 total), but is currently at 301 requests on "openexchangerates.org". The WOOCS plugin, is it making more rate requests or how would it be?

Yes, the plugin should make one request per hour for 7 currencies (there is no point for the base one).
but is currently at 301 requests on"openexchangerates.org". - Yes it's weird. try setting up an email notification - https://c2n.me/4gaI536.png - the number of letters will correspond to the number of requests
that the cache is affecting this - No
The problem is that if at the time of the order there was a problem with the rate, the amount of orders would be zero.
Possible reason: The order is formed in a non-standard way. Do you use third party payment systems or order sync?

Is it possible that the plugin does not take the information well for a client that uses a proxy or VPN?In addition to this, I have another site that I recently bought a license for and be able to use more currencies, but when I try to update the rate it doesn't (with "openexchangerates.org") and the others like yahoo are only updating 2 rates.
I updated the plugin by uploading the paid one, and I also tried to uninstall it and then install the paid one but it's still the samehttps://ibb.co/HD3gD01

Is it possible that the plugin does not take the information well for a client that uses a proxy or VPN? - No, this shouldn't have any effect, because data on the current currency exists
In addition to this - it depends on the current aggregator. Can you drop me wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png - I will check it

Quote from felipesg on July 20, 2022, 05:51I checked the orders these days and it seems the aggregator was the problem, with openexchangerates it works fine.
What I still don't understand is with the other website, it doesn't load any currency with this aggregator, tell me what I can do to try to solve it from my side

Have you tried another aggregator to test it?
Are you using the same API key? Perhaps this is a limitation of the current aggregator(number of requests, certain currencies)

Quote from felipesg on July 21, 2022, 22:04I have tried with fixer, yahoo finance, the free currency converter, the free currency converter by european central bank and openexchangerates, but none manages to put all the quotes
I am using 2 api keys from 2 different accounts
I have also tried the 3 different types of coin storage
In addition to this, on the website that works, the requests are too many to put every 1 hour -> https://ibb.co/d2FkL1m
On July 16 and 21, updates for 7 currencies were every 1 hour
And from July 17 to 20 they were twice a day
