Currency fee on order is messing up my store accounting

Hello, I recently noticed in my store that the"currency rate in the order" of some orders was recorded in an erroneous way, I can't find the reason but it leaves blank or meaningless rates that makes the calculation of income in currency base of my store is affected too much

In those from CLP to CLP it should be simply 1 but in some orders that is failing and it leaves it with the rate of another currency or it is empty.
I have tried with different currency aggregators and with the 3 available currency storages but it still fails

Is it possible that the cache is affecting this or does the cache selectable option rule out the cache as a problem?
Now I'm testing with"openexchangerates.org" to verify if it was because of the free aggregators, the problem is that I don't know why it spends more requests if the update of the rate in the plugin is supposed to be every 1 hour (besides the weekend traditional markets are closed so you should not make requests for new rates as they do not change).
17 hours ago I put the new aggregator"openexchangerates.org", I have 8 currencies on the website (1 base currency + 7 additional currencies) so I should have at most 17*8=136 requests in case I charge 1 request per currency every hour for 17 hours (out of 8 total), but is currently at 301 requests on"openexchangerates.org". The WOOCS plugin, is it making more rate requests or how would it be?

Yes, the plugin should make one request per hour for 7 currencies (there is no point for the base one).

The problem is that if at the time of the order there was a problem with the rate, the amount of orders would be zero.
Possible reason: The order is formed in a non-standard way. Do you use third party payment systems or order sync?

I updated the plugin by uploading the paid one, and I also tried to uninstall it and then install the paid one but it's still the same

I checked the orders these days and it seems the aggregator was the problem, with openexchangerates it works fine.
What I still don't understand is with the other website, it doesn't load any currency with this aggregator, tell me what I can do to try to solve it from my side

Also check that the currency code does not contain spaces or invalid characters.
I use the same currency codes that work on the other website, in addition to their same settings, they do not have spaces or characters other than the 3 letters of the ISO code

Are you using the same API key? Perhaps this is a limitation of the current aggregator(number of requests, certain currencies)
I have tried with fixer, yahoo finance, the free currency converter, the free currency converter by european central bank and openexchangerates, but none manages to put all the quotes
I am using 2 api keys from 2 different accounts
I have also tried the 3 different types of coin storage
