My issue is as my title, and I have tried many shortcodes but none of them appear on pages other than the homepage header.

This is the shortcode I am currently using: [woocs css_class="woocs_clean_select"]

Hello

It looks like you are using different header templates on these pages. I mean you just didn't include the shortcode in this block. Please check this version

Hello

You are using the shortcode  [woocs css_class="woocs_clean_select"]  - my plugin replaces this shortcode with dropdown (currency switcher). if my plugin is not working then this shortcode is displayed as a regular string (text). But there is no functionality in my plugin that will delete the switcher or text

And since there are no traces (text or html) of the switcher in the menu, I conclude that there is no shortcode in this place.

for testing, try inserting some text next to the shortcode to see if this change will appear on all pages
