Currency conversion not working
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. I have installed the plugin and configured it, then added the converter to my header on this page: https://coloursbykarat.com/shop/. If I select a different currency (for example US dollars), the page refreshes, but after reloading all prices are still in the native currency (Canadian dollars) and the converter still shows the active currency is Canadian dollars (the URL is now https://coloursbykarat.com/shop/?currency=USD.
